Well for now. With the way they ended, they may actually have a second season with the amount of hints they've already shown at the end.

Lol they don't even have enough budget for a complete non hiatus first season.
Not to mention this thing is actually on Netflix, so where's the money go???

They went on hiatus for 1 season not because of money problem but because of covid. It'll be stupid to plan anime but you went out of budget halfway through

Nier automata also stalled because of Covid, and Nier is a big anime not some small fry anime

Because they have diffrent studios, and located on diffrent area, some area in japan is quarantined, most dont. Also this delay also happen to Demon lord academy, and Maple.

This is a one-cour season, AKA 12/13 episodes. That's a full season.

Nahh I'm looking forward on reading the manga

"It's been about ten months since Uncle woke up." - yeah, that doesn't mean that the anime should've taken (around) that much time to finish...
But really, I'm glad that it's already finished (in a good way tho). Sadly, I've forgotten almost everything about the plot and their names are absolutely not in my memory.

But I gotta say that this last episode was really nice, and worked really well as the final episode. We saw a nice fight and some funny and wholesome interactions with the girls. I gotta say that, as much as I don't remember much about the plot, I remember really liking the tsundere elf girl. And I totally loved Uncle's oblivious nature - like how he didn't know about the tsundere trope (for example).

All in all this was a really nice anime, with a freakin good premise, and I wouldn't mind getting a 2nd season (which might've been foreshadowed in the post credit scene, but who knows), though I'd need to rewatch this one first. The delays really hurt the anime... and please don't blame it all on covid...

Overall, from what I can remember, and what I feel, I can rate this - 8/10

Yeah I'm at this moment reading the manga. started from chapter 33/34 onwards. only goes' up to chapter 46 so far. Monthly is a long time to post a chapter. sounds like a lot of excuses going on in the background. Well at any rate it's whatever. Anime these days don't get a second season so fast any more. I've noticed watching older anime. A lot of anime from before 2010 got a second season, and 3rd season within two years. One right after the other.
